I-4 or 417 on a Saturday morning!
We"re gonna try to make it to St. Augustine or maybe Daytona on the drive down and stay the night. If we leave at around 7:00 am the next morning (a Saturday) will I-4 be a mess or will it be okay. If not is 417 to 408 and then just a few exits down I-4 the quickest way to the Hard Rock Hotel at universal?

in my experience I-4 is not a problem on the weekend - only one weekdays for AM and PM rush hour

Yes, I-4 will be wide-open on a Saturday morning. No sense taking the 417 around Orlando to avoid I-4 at that time of day.
