Room requests

I have a current reservation but for the life of me can't remember if its possible to make a special room request online or if I needed to call in? Anyone remember?

How often has any one received their request? Also which resort were you at? Also what was the request?

Last two times it's been BLT for me. Each request has been an even numbered room higher than the 6th floor. So far we have had good luck in getting that.

We leave in two weeks to be at BLT and we requested the same hope our luck is the same as your last two trips!

Over a period of 15 years and about 40 trips, we have gotten our requests about half the time. The same applies to how many times we have gotten a room upon arrival (usually around 2) rather than having to wait until 4. The record has been the same both before and after on-line check-in. That has been mainly at BWV and AKV. In early days of BWV before boardwalk view became a booking category we would request boardwalk view. Since it became a booking category (about 2003), we reserve boardwalk view and have requested high floor. At AKV, where we always get savanna view, if doing Jambo we have requested Arusha savanna view and room along Zebra Trail; at Kidani we have requested close to lobby.
