OK so talk me through getting the layers separated.
I'm still SCAL illiterate. I got the image to open in SCAL but I don't know what to do from there. Kermie will be cute!

Never mind!! I figured out if I close the eye on each layer, I can just cut what I need. Thanks so much Reddy!

you should just ungroup it & then click on each color & drag it to where you want it
I'll be done with Kermit tomorrow - he is pretty simple too

Thanks, you make it sound easy. I think I have SCAL 2 it has been so long since I used it. You can cut anything you want? Where do you find all the Disney images? Someone had some really nice die cuts.

I make alot of mine - Mardenz used to be another blog that people went too
most of my files I'm cutting them so I break them apart & if you use scal2 they usually have the files all set up if you like the size I used - they are on my blog (Reddy's Ramblings link in my siggy) Buffy - another idea was Donald chasing the hat - I'm thinking I had a Donald running in my "lots of Donalds" files & a hat in Hollywood Studios section
