Changing name on reservation?
My husband and I are suppose to be going to WDW in about 3 weeks. He has been having some stomach issues the past week and is worried about not being better in time for our trip. He said that if he can't go, he still wants me to go and take someone else with me. I don't really want to do that. If he can't go in a few weeks, I would rather just pay the $50 and reschedule for some other time. BUT if I did decide to go ahead with the trip, is it even possible to call and change the name of the second person on the trip reservation?

Under whose name is the reservation booked? If it's his name, I'm pretty sure it can't be changed. You'd have to cancel & rebook under your name.
If the reservation is made in your name, I think you can change the second name with a phone call. Hopefully someone will chime in with actual facts. But I'm pretty sure this is how it is.

I had to change two names on our reservation two weeks ago. They did it with no problem. They even refunded the price when going from an adult to a child on the reservation. Have a great trip!

Then you should be OK, if you choose to take someone else. It would probably be a good idea to call Disney and make sure it's doable (and if there is a deadline to make changes) before you decide.
I usually get a bad stomach by the end of any vacation (though now I really make an effort to eat well and practice moderation, which helps a lot) so I understand how your DH doesn't want to travel with stomach issues. |

Thanks! I really don't want to go without him, but I guess it's better than losing $200 if we cancel.
