Washed my hair and wham, several ideas hit me all at once!

Glad to hear she is on meds and back on the mend.. let's hope this will keep her healthy for a good while..
I know when my youngest stepson was under 5 we had him on a constant round of ABT's for his continual ear infections.. they said he had gotten so use to it that he thought the muffled sounds were normal... luckily with 3 parents we got it figured out pretty quick and got him on the mend...

That must be a relief for you both, Lisa. Those meds usually kick right in.

Lisa glad to hear it's a simple thing!

My allergies have always affected my ears, Levi too. It's no fun. Don't know which OTC allergy med they told you to use but zyrtec causes wicked mood swings in both of us, but it works better than clariten.

Hope she's feelin much better this am!

Lisa, hope Megan is feeling better soon! My allergies can cause havoc with the ears if I don't take my meds. Hope the OTC meds will help with hers.

Allegra D works best for me. I can't wait until the generic price comes down! I take a generic Claritin in the morning and two Benadryl at night, but that's mostly as a sleep aid.

the doc recommend Loratadine, think is a generic of something but can't remember, so trying that first!

she is feeling a bit better, but also got her period, so that's another drama this morning!

Lisa that is the generic clariten. worked ok for Levi and I at double the dose (per dr order) had to do am and pm. Our bodies process meds faster than average great in some cases really bad when it comes to pain relief. It seems to be the one the docs start everyone on.

Hope it kicks in quickly for her!!!!

Lisa, they make a non-drowsy 24 hour Loratadine. That is what I take in the am as it keeps me up at night.

I think it is the combo of my regular meds and the Loratadine, makes me shaky if I take them together at night. Not fun when trying to sleep.
