We had no plans on another DCL adventure this year (DH and I did NYE on the Dream this past Dec/January and then DH, DD and DILs did the Mexican Riviera on the Wonder for Spring Break in April) and were just enjoying the fact that we had the Med to look forward to in 2013 (12-night Greece). Well, the itch could not be contained (full body rash??) and I have booked us for NYE on the Fantasy!!!!

So, it will be myself (Jennifer), DH (Gottfried) and DD (Gillian -12) ringing in the New Year with you all on the Fantasy.

The armbands sound fun - count us in! (3 adults).

It's time to talk about wristbands so I'm going to take charge of this.

Why wristbands you may ask ? Well, 1st becouse they are fun, 2nd becouse we need them to identify ourselves all over the ship, 3rd. Some of us use them as night lamp in real dark staterooms, 4th. becouse they are cool

Last year I used this company for our Med Cruise and they delivered a very good product and on good timing, so unless anyone has a better option I'll stick to it. http://24hourwristbands.com/

DH and I were online at midnight (west coast time), doing our online bookings. We were able to score a cabana, Palo Brunch, Remy dinner, scuba excursion in San Juan & a boat excursion in St Thomas. After we booked these items we got a fatal message error. I checked DCL's website this morning and all of our booking are still there.

Hi Everyone! Sorry been away a very long time Weren't sure if we'd be able to make the trip but pretty sure we will now

Because I'm lazy and didn't want to scroll thru many messages...is there someone in charge of FE? We did it our last cruise (this will be our 6th) and had so much fun doing it! Also I saw something about a FB group which I'll check out too. Can't wait to meet everyone :-) Anything else I should know? Thanks for catching me up!!!

What is everyone doing for excursions? Any ideas yet? We can start booking next Sat and I have NO clue for once! We were thinking about doing them all on our own. We've been to St thomas before but not San Juan (I was there once for a cruise that left from there but didn't see much) Anyone know if you can do the port justice on your own? this will be our 6th DCL cruise and we've always booked excursions thru Disney so this is uncharted territory for us...

We're snorkeling in St. Thomas and Bacardi tour in San Juan and a take it easy day on CC! If we are able to book them, we're only silver so can't book till the 29th :-( ill be up at the computer at midnight & 3am for check in & excursions!! Good think I work late and am a night person!

Was thinking about a snorkeling tour. which one will you do? It's hard to decide since my kids are 6 and 10 and the 6 yr old cant do all of the tours. Since I'm booking early I can let everyone know whats avail

Also I heard there are no princess tea parties or character breakfasts on the Fantasy. Anyone one know if this is true? I can't imagine no character breakfast!!!
