The PCH Grill at Paradise Pier Hotel has the most excellent salads!!! We always go there at least once when in DL. My favorite is the Crab Louie and let me tell you in is FANTASTIC!! Huge with tons of fresh crab, avacados, hard boiled eggs, yummy louie dressing, with fresh rolls and its around $10!! My husband has also had a salad there (I believe it was a chicken/southwest) and I remember he really enjoyed it and it was large and filling. PCH Grill also has the best homemade Mushroom Soup that is worth the trip down alone!! LOL

The Crispy Tofu Salad at Tangaroa Terrace at the Disneyland Hotel is really good, and a bit different than a "regular" salad. I also like the Greek Salad at Paradise Garden Grill.

The Boardwalk Field Greens at Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta at DCA was delicious, large, and only $7.50, which I thought was very reasonable. I shared it with my daughter, and we both loved it.

This salad is TO DIE FOR. I am craving it RIGHT NOW. My husband and I split it and another meal and I was trying to convince him to not share..let me have the salad all to myself. No go. He loved it too.

I took pics and deleted them on accident..but it was just..YUM.

I love the Apple Walnut Salad at ESPN Zone, you can get it as a side salad too instead of Fries with an entree.

My kids love the Asian Salad in a bread bowl at Boudin in Ca Adv. too.

Another vote for the Chinese Chicken Salad at the Pacific Wharf Cafe! YUM! The salad is huge and I like to get the breadbowl on the side to snack on for later. They just give you one wrapped in a plastic bag! I also LOVED the Big Al's chicken salad at the Hungry Bear! Loved the watermelon on there! I like the chicken caesar at Rancho too! All good!

OH! And I forgot! The Blue Bayou appetizer salad is like a meal in itself! Soooo yummy! And their dressing is amazing!

Oops...I may have given the wrong restaurant name when talking about the salmon salad. It's in that little shack-style take-out place by the canoes (across from the big drop on Splash). I called it Pacific Wharf but I think that's in DCA, and I don't remember the name now. But it's good! Romaine, candied pecans, dried cranberries, flax, and a big piece of salmon on top.

Do you think that chicken salad at Hungry Bear is seasonal? I don't recall seeing it on their menu?

Love this thread!! I'm a LC eater (and dd and dh are GF), so I'm taking notes! Thanks!

It was a very refreshing salad on a hot day, and since they provided the dressing on the side, I was able to make sure it wasn't over-dressed.
This sounds delicious! I will have to check this out, but also wanted to try the fried green tomato sandwich there. Hmmm, decisions decisions... I have always loved the salads at Pacific Wharf.

You could always order both and split the salad and sandwich between yourself and someone else you are going with! I actually really wanna try the fried green tomato sammie too! Sounds delish!

I love the China Island salad at Rainforest. The chicken strip one is good too. I also like the southwest salad at ESPN Zone.

Oh I looked it up on allears.net and it was called Boardwalk Field Greens.

This is SO good! DH and I shared it, but I hogged most of it! Went well with my ravioli's. That was a great meal!

"Crescent City" Salad - Choose Blackened Chicken or Pan-seared Atlantic Salmon on top of fresh Spinach and Mixed Baby Greens, tossed with Carmelized Pecans, Red Grapes, Navel Orange Segments, Caramelized Onions, Chopped Green Onions, Roasted Sweet Corn, and Orange-Cilantro Vinaigrette.

At Cafe Orleans was AMAZING. It's a huge salad and easy enough to share. Last trip in June we walked into Cafe Orleans having never dined there before and had the most amazing meal , I highly recommend the salad. I had it with the Blackened Chicken.
