Bad customer service
I got an agent right at 7:00. He however HUNG UP on me, when I told him I didn't want to connect the reservations to our hotel. His exact words, "if you are not going to let me go my job" click. Took 27 minutes with 3 phones to get back through, said the wait time is 45 minutes. I am livid.

Been on hold for 27 min.
I am hoping for PFTS Wine View room or reserved (2nd choice) for 10/13. Never done this before, do these usually sell out in minutes? I know the middle category adds a new level of uncertainty... This will be my first F&W and our first WDW trip without the kids- for my birthday! Wish me luck!

FINALLY found it online !! DINING EVENTS is on the left and click, THEN over to the right MORE DINING EVENTS and SHOWS(click this too) and SCROLL DOWN all the way, GOOD LUCK! I booked 3D DESSERT for 10/26. Joan

We're hoping for 3D Sweet Seats 10/5 and PFTS reserved seats 10/6.
I just realized it's the first weekend, duh! Maybe we should switch to Nov 2 & 3.

I think I'm giving up too... I booked most of my demos and PFTS. I got through at 7 with a 45 minute wait but hung up when I saw there was online booking. I still want to book the Italy Food and Wine Pairing on 10/18 and two mixology demos but I'll live if they sell out.

I called at 7 and was on hold for 26 minutes. I did get both events I wanted:
11/7 F&W pairing at Tokyo Dining 11/8 Italian F&W pairing I plan on 11/3 PFTS, but just want regular admission, and didn't want to charge more on my credit card, so am going to wait a while.

Was put on hold right at 7 am and told 9 minute wait. It was actually 20 minutes, got through at 7:20 am.
Got everything I wanted: Kitchen Memories with Robert Irvine 10/26 Note that the CM didn't know it was Robert Irvine that day, only that it was Kitchen Memories at 10 to 12. Party for the senses with reserved seats for 10/27. First time we are NOT doing the wine room. We'll see but I"m guessing just the reserved seats will be fine for us. Sweet Sundays with Gale Gand on 10/28 Yay! Good luck to all of you still dialing or on hold. Don't give up! The CM also read the policies for me for just the first event and said they were the same for all events so she wasn't going to read them over and over for each one. Good thing because she sounded like she'd just gotten up herself and hadn't had her coffee yet. She spoke in a sloooooow southern drawwwwwwwl. I was ready to choke her but as long as she booked what I wanted, I didn't hassle her to hurry up.

So excited!!! I actually got through on the phones by 0703...booked 3D Dessert Party with sweet seats for 10/26. The CM was slightly confused...she kept asking me if I wanted the 3D dessert party or the sweet sunday seats. Then she asked what time I wanted the dessert party...with some gentle guidance we got where we needed to be. LOL...I can't wait
