Kroger is offering their 4X reward on gas with the purchase of any gift cards. We saved $30 on our gas last week! $1 off per gallon.

I am not sure since I didn't read all the way back but the only reference to Target changing anything was someone saying that they were told that Target would be changing there computer system to not allow you to purchase a Gift Card with a Target Gift Card, not anything about the red card 5% discount. My husband works for Target and reads all of the bulletins from corporate and hasn't seen anything about changing the discount.

I just bought 500 for 475 at Target. Disney Gift Cards in the 50 dollar denominations.

I'm from the Pittsburgh area. Giant Eagle offers I think 20 cents off gas for every $50 you spend in buying gift cards in the store. We recently bought $500 in gift cards and now I have close to $2.00 of per gallon of gas! ( I had some other points already that made it so high!) I think it's a huge deal to go there buy any gift cards for anywhere and get that money off your gas per gallon!!

I asked about the 5% after Aug 1st because of this post. I'm glad to hear the 5% still works. I guess I didn't read the post all the way through to see that it referred to using target gc to buy other gc

Vons had the same deal but max is 25 gallons (even though their info says 30 gallons). But their info also says one vehicle per transaction...

I'm pretty sure you don't get 5% off Target GiftCards, typically (unless there is a special promotion) with your RedCard. You only get 5% off off the other gift cards (because those are "entertainment" cards)
