I was reading a thread and noticed several people made references to avoiding the resorts that the contract is over sooner than others if the buyers are young. I am 30 and DB 33 and we are considering buying DVC. Can you tell me what resorts have the longest contracts currently? Also, what exactly happens when the contract runs out for those who purchase at that resort? Thanks! __________________ OKW & BWV Owner
