Don't know but it is possible that it is not kid's meal options. Most meals are on the smaller side than what you see in the States.

This is a picture of the food case from the Huey Dewey and Louie's good time cafe in Tokyo Disneyland. The Stitch in the back is a lunch box with the meal inside.

It was there when we went in September. I am fairly certain that is always their menu.
