Swagbucks surveys

I have just stated trying to figure out swagbucks. Every survey I try, I get a "thanks but no thanks" type message. Am I just too boring of a person? Any tips for things that earn more than a point or two at a time?

Me too!

I just got started too. I was about to give up on the surveys, but I finally qualified for one and got 25 swagbucks. Not sure what they are looking for though. I filled out the parenting profile and after that is when I finally qualified for a survey.

Good luck - I'm interested in hearing any tips and tricks too.

I started swagbucks a couple of weeks ago and need tips.
I also try for surveys but get the thank you but no thanks about 99.9% of the time.
I have invited everyone I know with very little luck.
When I am on the computer, I usually have the SwagTV running.
The one thing I did that gave me 1000 Swagbucks is I signed up for Nexflicks through them. It is a one month free trial. I waited two weeks and then cancelled it due to I do not have time to justify the monthly cost.

Tips for swagbucks

1. Download the toolbar and automaticly give one point a day.

2. DAily Poll for one point

3. NOSO is just bunch of skips 2 points

5. Download swagtv andriod app 50 points per day

6. Do swagtv when on the computer 150 points day might go back down to 75 points at anytime

7. Use the toolbar to search. Can't think anything search for got slickdeals and click on deals forums and look for swagsearch, swag specail offers, swagcodes

8. Swagcodes swagbucks puts codes about once day for various points

9. Specail offers click on the tab there is bunch tabs mantony superewards etc. Look for videos. Repeat do not offers unless want make a bunch emails. Don't use your main email address either

10. Remember to have fun

I don't do my surveys on swagbucks because I do mine on quickrewards.net

I average 100 swagbucks a day doing those things that I have list. I hope that helps someone.

Unfortunately, there isn't a trick to it. I have found that there are more surveys available early in the morning or late at night, but it doesn't mean you will qualify for them. Have you filled out all of the profile stuff? Some days I get 2 or 3 surveys, some days I get 10 rejections, some days for days in a row I get no surveys whatsoever.

I rarely qualified for any of the surveys either and got tired of wasting time clicking through the preliminaries only to be told "No thanks" so I mainly earn SB through the following:

1. daily poll
2. NOSO - daily
3. Special offers - purchasing things I would buy anyway. For example, I bought a few groupon's, signed up for netflix and credit karma (which was free), made a purchase thru shoebuy (when DH needed shoes), etc.

Sadly I don't have an android phone or I would get that app, too. I agree with the pp who said not to give out your main email as some products will swamp you with emails. There was nothing shady about the companies and they all stopped when I unsubscribed, but it was a pain to go through up to 20 per day and unsubscribe.

After doing the daily poll and NOSO daily for a few months and every so often taking advantage of a special offer, I have over 3600 SB. Not sure what your goal is, but mine is a $50 SW gift card and I think I will get the roughly 2000 more points I need in the next month or so, in plenty of time for our next trip.

I stopped doing Swagbucks a long time ago for this exact reason. It was a huge rip off. I can see entering some demographic data and being disqualified, but I would take a huge survey answering tons of questions about products, opinions, buying patterns, etc. and then get the "you don't qualify" or "we already have enough people" message and receive no points. It was very obvious that I was completing the survey and they were getting paid by the company, but just not giving out points because they could get away with it.

I think these are all good tips. I don't do the SB surveys b/c I've found them to be a total waste of time- Quick Rewards works much better for surveys.

I get most of my SB points through searching with the toolbar. I search for all of the websites I used to access through bookmarks, and that typically takes care of it. I read somewhere that you can typically hit once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening, and I've found that to be pretty accurate. I use a laptop, and a desktop. If I use both, I can potentially hit 6 times, but I usually get more like 4.

There's a page you can like on FB called "SwagCodez". They post when there is an active code, which really helps.

This forum:
http://www.mycoupons.com/boards/rewards-programs-rp/
will sometimes post about special offers that work well and are easy to do.

SB is not a huge money maker, but it's very consistent, which I like. I use all of my points to buy the $5 Amazon gc's, which are a great deal. I'm able to get a couple a month with very little effort. If I work at it a little, I can earn 100 points/day without spending too much time on it.

I do very well with Swagbucks. I have consistently earned all 5 of my $5 amazon gc per month, plus 1 $50 amazon gc per month. I have $525 in my amazon account. I'm saving for Christmas. It really does depend on how much effort you put into it. I do attempt the surveys. Sometimes I have luck, sometimes not. I don't do many special offers b/c I have found they don't credit frequently and no amount of complaining about it will get it credited even with proof. I typically run my SBTV while on the internet and run my SBTV mobile every day as well as searching, playing games, and watching videos. My daily goal is 240sb. Some days I get it. Some days I don't.

I did find that once I turned *ahem* 35, I qualified for more surveys. I guess b/c it puts me in a different age bracket.

I've been with SwagBucks for a month now and not had a single survey I qualified for. And sometimes I spend 5 minutes going through screeners only to be told I don't qualify. It's really frustrating so I gave up on the surveys. I now leave the SwagBucks TV open on my computer all day and click on it whenever I'm doing something else. I figure if I get 20-30 points a day doing it I'm doing pretty good. I also have the search bar installed and get points from that and do the daily poll. I also get some points from playing their games when I'm really bored.

I've been using Swagbucks since mid-2011 and it does take time to see those points accumulate. I'm at the point now where I've hit a rhythm and have been able to "cash in" almost $200 worth of Amazon gift cards to date.

The surveys are more like luck of the draw and 98% of the time I don't qualify for any. The other 2% I seem to qualify for all and once I'm done, I feel a little but seeing the bucks soar is awesome. Stick with it, use the search engine for all basic searches, and keep inputting your information for the surveys! I also like the coupon feature and used to like the games but the tournaments have been down for 6+ months.

What and how many videos do you watch to get 150 pts per day?

You get rewarded 3 swagbucks per 10 videos so it's VERY slow going. BUT if you are on the computer all day anyways, you might as well have the SBTV running in the background! Just remember to change the video about every 40-45 seconds.

I don't bother so much with the SBTV because I literally will leave the same video up for hours because my mind just isn't what it used to be,

My goal is 50 swagbucks a day which is sometimes a stretch. I do it via daily poll, NOSO, 3 searches a day (morning, afternoon, & evening) and any codes that come out that day. If I'm a little short, I will then run SBTV to make up the points needed for goal.

No way I could hit 100 or more a day without surveys! Wow, impressive! (Although the 50sb a day for Android app sounds great... although I'm assuming you need an Android to be able to download)

I'm still scratching my head over 150 points per day for swagtv. Ok, 10 clips earns 3 pts. So, 500 clips for 150 pts? Is there enough hours in the day for that?
