I'm just so excited to have somewhat of a plan.

I missed the window but thankfully it will only cost us about $15 total than it would have. I will tell the story if I get a chance to tomorrow.

Missed the Deadline
Ok, so Saturday morning DH and I had a nice chat and decided that getting Annual Passes would be best for us since we plan on going next September as well. We decided we were going to go to Kroger and get a gift card to purchase them so we would get the fuel points and use our Disney Chase to get the Disney points as well.

In the past, Kroger has had the Disney gift card where you chose the amount up to a certain amount. We get in Kroger and all they have are $50 and $25 I pick up all the $50 they had, I had heard of people using multiple gift cards to pay for Disney before. I have 21 Gift cards in all. Well on the way home I call DVC Member Services and they can only take 2 forms of payment. I try online no options for gift cards at all. I call the reservation line they can't help me. I am in tears at this point because I told DH we could do this and I know he would be upset. I tell him and he decides to call. Well they tell me that Ticket Services can do mutiple gift cards, they give him the number. We had been on the phone from 2:45 til 4:45 in between all the calls. He calls ticket services they close at 4:30. He calls the reservation number back and they try to see if someone is still at ticket services to help us, no such luck. So we missed the deadline with me trying to save a little money and we on the phone until 5:30.

I am on hold with ticket services now and have been for the last 30+ minutes and this is after my original call where I was on hold for 40+ minutes and then it dissappeared. I would let you know how it works out.

I want to add to that I do not blame Disney, I do blame myself but its all good as long as we CAN get our tickets even if I have to wait until the ticket window.

Oh man......that's too bad this happened!! My hubby works for Safeway, so I understand about getting the fuel points (and right now we get 4 times the amt in fuel points). His store goes back & forth on having the cards you can put any amt on. I guess I wouldn't have thought they would have problems processing things since the one form of payment IS gift cards......THEIR gift cards!! I can see where multiple cards is probably a pain.....but they're the same as cash & they should be able to take it as payment.

Yea, it was 4x the fuel points at Kroger too. Oh I loved Safeway... we had one years ago.

It disappeared again so I will try again tomorrow.

To Fly or Not To Fly that is the question
DH is driving me a little nuts. Memorial Day Weekend when we took our trip he said he was flying, now however, he is not sure if he wants to shell out for the flights.
My plan for this is to just not plan anything for our return day Saturday and to keep an eye on the flights and let him know what is going on there?

Called the number ticket services today and got a wonderful CM that processed my 21 gift cards and a visa card with a chirper happy voice the whole time... he made it painless and easy and now they are at will call until we pick them up!!!!

6 days until ADRs
I have 6 days well a little more like 5 1/2 days. I really need to figure out what days I should make which ones.

I know Sunday for dinner we will be doing Cape May with DNana and DPopPop for DNana birthday dinner, we are also surprising her there.

I also know DNana and I are going to Garden View Lounge - Afternoon Tea at 2-2:30 on the 10th (is that monday?) for her birthday gift from us.

After that I am not sure what days to do which meals.
