So, ok Captain Obvious, the next MUST DO on our short list was-
![]() Not once. Not twice. But THREE times- all in the front row! Now THAT'S what I'm talkin about!!! What was really cool was that Joan's cousin was actually riding with us this time- in the past, he has always been working when we've seen him at the park. ![]() Smile and say Cheese RnRC Parking attendant! ![]() Right around the time we were purchasing the download of one of our pics, I ot a text from Lonnie- she had finally made it to the park with Pam, who was also somewhere on RnRC (Lonnie doesn't ride this ride. I think it must involve a puddle). Joan's cousin had to get going- he was going to see Nickleback that night. But maybe we'll see him again on this adventure...ya never know.We were introduced to our new friend, Pam, and off we went to explore- this was Pam's first time in the park, so imagine how THRILLED we were when someone handed us FPs for TSMM!! ![]() ![]() I kicked Joan's butt on this one! ![]() I beat them all! I ROCK! ![]() ![]() Well, at least in my own vehicle, I rock. Everywhere else, I'm kind of MEH. ![]() Next we had to hit Animation- you know we love us some drawing class. ![]() We were VERY VERY lucky- we literally were the last 4 people to get seats. It was actually kind of baffling- the park was not crowded at all, but the drawing class was. I guess word has gotten out on Animation. The only downside to being the last 4 in the door was that we were not seated at desks, but in the back against the wall, balancing the drawing on our laps. No complaints from us, though! Although I will say, it was alot harder to draw this way- add in the fact that it's hard to see the screen from back there, and I guess you could say we're lucky we could draw anything recognizable at all! Look at Joanie trying to see what's going on- ![]() ![]() We had the pleasure of drawing Pluto this time- I guess I've done this alot now, because I'm starting to repeat the characters- this is my second Pluto. ![]() I like Joan's better- ![]() Cont'd next post- |

I HATE it when that happens!!! You are keeping me busy at work today -- very slow and I need me some TR to read! BTW, I think we lost something else....those drawings!! Any idea where we left them?

Next up- we walked over to Star Tours. On the way, I stopped to pay my respects to Dick Clark, who had just passed away-
![]() Then it was time for Who wants to be a Jedi? No...that's not right... ![]() Well, I can tell you Pam wanted to be a Jedi, but we had other plans- ![]() Star Tours was a BIG hit for us- and Lonnie even rode it, because there's no puddles in outerspace so she felt SAFE! I was SO HAPPY to be on a ride with her! But of all of us, I think Pam enjoyed this ride the most- she was hootin and hollerin like she was....INSANE.....Joanie enjoyed this ride the second most, largely due to the extreme enthusiasm and passion of Pam's ride. ![]() Back in a minute- having PB issues- |

![]() Next, we went over to ![]() It was not only Pam's first time, but also Joanie's- in fact, Joanie was 100% convinced that THIS ![]() was the whole ride. Yep! That's TRUE!! Next it was time to visit NYC-![]() And I got excited to see the Golden Gate Bridge a whole year earlier than I planned- ![]() Who knew NY & San Fran were so close? Sure hope it's that fast next summer when I fly there! We were sadly done with DHS at this point, because it was time to head to dinner- at our favorite restaurant that NEVER disappoints, SANAA! Next! |

We took Allison to Muppet 3D when she was 3 years old. She didn't want to do it, because she wanted to do something else. But her parents being born in the 70's and watching the Muppet Show every night it was on during their little kid lives HAD to see it.
Long story short, she has never forgiven us for it. She clings to the fiction that she hates the Muppets or anything she perceives as Muppet like and will have nothing to do with them. Needless to say, when we sail on the Fantasy this August her butt is being left in the Edge while the rest of us do the Muppet Mid-ship Detective Agency. |

Sorry you lost one of your post .... I really DO NOT like it when that happens!
I just love your updates, it looks like you had a blast. Did I miss ToT in there somewhere? But RnRC made up for it! And how lucky to be handed TSM fastpasses and beating everyone else too! You did accomplish a lot in that one day. And now you are off to Sanaa ... can't wait until it is our time again.

Hey- thanks for posting those Navigators for the Fantasy Eastern on your blog! When I have a little more time I'll go read them! Quote:
She's a silly girl, though- because the detective stuff on the Dream was SO CUTE- I would imagine the Muppet one will be a lot of fun that she's going to miss out on. It really is amazing what Disney can do!FWIW, in my family of big strong men- when they were 3, they were all TERRIFIED of ALL the 3D movies- we tried for years, and always inevitably have to run out during the movie with one (if not all) of them freaking out and crying! A little too much sensory overload, I guess. The Honey I Shrunk the Audience one was the worst- if I remember correctly, it was YEARS before we could convince Timmy he would not actually be shrunk going into the theatre! ![]() Quote:
And no- you did not miss ToT- I only ride that when i'm with someone else who really wants to- like Kara- I LOVE RnRC, but while I think ToT is very cool and incredibly well themed, that drop kind of freaks me out. ![]() And Sanaa was great- I should be able to get some of that post up today or tomorrow! |

I just think she has been holding a grudge against us for the last 8 years because we made her do something she didn't want to do. She is extremely stubborn and opinionated. I have no idea where she gets that from.
