Ticket Price Increases for Disneyland Announced

And here we go, increases across the board for tickets and APs:

http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blo...-price-update/

http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blo...t-prices-2012/

Can't say I am surprised, but the Premium went up a lot!

ETA: price increases go into effect Sunday, May 20th!

WOW WOW WOW!!! Um... Hmm... So, I had a Premium from 2009-2011, but I decided not to renew this year because it had gotten steep (from $429 or so to $499), but, um.... from $499 to $649 in one year!?!?!?! I don't think there's a way for me to have a Premium again!

Yikes! Good thing I got my Premium a couple months ago. Now a 1 day park hopper is 125! That's nuts. Hopefully my friends at school don't get deterred by the higher prices...

I know. I have a premium this year and that is quite the jump. I wonder if there has been this big of a jump in recent years?

Also I wonder how much the Premier pass is gonna go up because if the Premium is 649, and I might make it out to FL once in the next year, might as well go Premier.

Glad the wife talked me into buying the premium AP's last month. That was a huge increase.

While the Premium looks like it went up a ton, the SoCal Select went up by the highest %...from 199 to 269. That's a 35% increase. Ridiculous

It's typical to have a price increase every year but... wow... I'm really speechless!

I'm still thinking about this and I guess it makes me sad because, well, obviously they probably won't be LOWERING prices ever in the future, so in three or four years, it's entirely possible that a Premium AP could be $1,000!!! Yowza!!!!

So the 6 day park hoppers won't change? They're not on the list. Think I'd best be ordering my tickets for Sept Now!!
