Greatest Game Ever Played is another great sports flick from Mickey's team

Disney Movie Review: Greatest Game Ever Played - Disney and period sports movies fit together like an early morning tee time and a bad dressed golfer. You don't have to love the game to appreciate the mouse filled family sappiness. It's a film staring Shia LaBeouf, based on a true story about an amateur golfer who finds a way to hang with the greatest professionals in the world and takes place in the early part of the 20th century. Well acted, well shot, well told. Young Josh Flitter almost steals the show as lead character Francis' caddy. Director Bill Paxton did his best to create a unique looking golf movie with well placed ball cams. The high shutter montage shot in the rain is worth checking out alone, but I recommend sitting down for the whole film. 3 clubs out of 5.
