I was wondering about those missing bonus points last night! Several shows initially showed that I had the extra points but in my points history there was only credit for minutes watched.

BEWARE Best Buy e-gift cards!! I cashed out for two $25 BB e-gift cards back on April 26th. I used them on bestbuy.com on April 27th. On April 28th my order was canceled. BB customer service didn't know why. They are still "investigating". Foolishly yesterday I cashed out for one $25 BB e-gift card. I printed it from my computer and took it to my local Best Buy. It is worthless.

Got a manager to try to help but the bottom line is I came home empty handed. I emailed Viggle. Am waiting for a response. I am not a happy camper right now.

I sent an email about the missing points and about the fact that ever since downloading the updated version it is harder to check in. Sometimes it does not recognize the show and does not give an option to do manual check in, just goes back to Tap here to check in screen over and over. Here was the reply I got. So no help with either problem. I love Viggle and am not going to complain about getting free stuff. However, making it harder and harder to use the app is going to turn a lot of people away and eventually Viggle will be out of business.

Thanks for writing.

I am sorry but we experienced an issue with check-in bonus points last night.

Unfortunately, the points are not recoverable.

In regards to your App freezing please try to do a restart of the app. Tap your home button twice. In the bottom bar, press on the Viggle icon until it starts to wiggle. Press the red minus sign in the top, left-hand corner of the app. Hit the home button again to make the apps stop wiggling. Re-open your Viggle app.

So no help with either problem. I love Viggle and am not going to complain about getting free stuff. However, making it harder and harder to use the app is going to turn a lot of people away and eventually Viggle will be out of business.

Yikes, that's not good. Thanks for the heads up....so far I haven't had any problems with the Best Buy gift cards. Knock on wood!

I always double check the balance on the gift card....never know when you might get a $0 one.

Just cashed out for a SB GC. Now that the android app is starting up, I think the GC are gonna start going really fast!

I've been getting a lot of 15 point Bethenny ads. My DH is getting a variety on the Android app...including those 50 point BK ads.

Has anyone's check in's been working since last night?

Have checked into about 7-9 shows today and I'm not recieving credit.

Of course, Viggle emailed me and told me they can't re-issue points

Can someone explain the instructions to how to downland the android app and non technical terms. I am not understand the instructions at all. I just my Samsung vitality last week. I still learning the android system.

I have read viggle several times and still not understand the instructions. Is tell me that I have to put on the sd card are something. Could not put app in the
Google playstore.

I just tried to redeem for Sephora and got this: "No available inventory for reward."

Uuugh....this is frustrating, Sephora gift cards usually don't run out of inventory this quickly. But the past few weeks has been tough for redeeming.....

Sunday night I got about 1/2 of my bonus check in point, so Monday I rechecked into the shows and received the bonus points. Dh is out of town so they were still on my dvr

You can't use the CVS egift codes to purchase gift cards of any sort at CVS.
