The Daily Grind 4/27/2012
Good Morning!
TGIF! Prayers for all those who need them. So much to get done today: grocery store bake and frost 3 batches of cupcakes make potato and macaroni salads make tuna and chicken salads need to cook chicken first bake cookies bake brownies Julia to dance at 5 Hug Josh when he gets home! Good luck with all your party prep, Cassey. I'm at work. DH and I are going to see the Fab Faux tonight in Woonsocket. We've seen them before, DH is a big Beatles fan. I can take them or leave them, but do love Sgt. Peppers and they do most of that album. DSis is meeting DH at dance to get Morgan and she'll go from there to sleepover their house. I don't think it will be a slumber party with all the kids this week, so Morgan will have a ball  Hope everyone has a good day!

Jennifer, sounds like a fun date night! today: p/u few groceries make up a "button" for oompa loompa's costum from cardstock - different sizes make up proto-type of the Golden ticket start partner swap challenge? work on disney event swap? p/u nephew p/u megan willy wonka set-design meeting at 3:00 dinner ?? have a wonderful day!

Rebecca, enjoy Disney! Jen, have a fun date night! My day: Laundry Clean up kitchen Post Cricut swap photos Work Go see "9 to 5" again! It was amazing! All the kids are so talented! It's going to be tough to be there by 7:30 since I work until 7:00, but I think I can do it. If not, I'll slip in the back row during a set change. I'm taking my camera this time as DS wants me to take photos of the lighting for his tech portfolio. Between tonight and tomorrow I should get some good shots. I liked just sitting and watching the show last night without my camera. I miss so much when I'm constantly taking photos! Have a great day everyone!

Kids are off school today... last built in snow day... last day off til graduation!!! PJ is off to work... til 2pm.. DH, the boys and I are headed out for needed items: B- blew his cleats out over the weekend! ERRRR!!! (of course we have no extra on hand) C- needs suit or tux (he thinks suit as we can get a lot more wear out of it) dollar store run walmart/target groceries lunch scrap I hope everyone has a good day.. Need to remind PJ to call her friend today for a check in... they have all been so good about making sure he and his family are taken care of.. this is the fourth classmate that has lost a parent this year.

 For those that need it.Going to be a beautiful day here!! ya finally! Girls are up and out Waiting on DS to wake up- hes being lazy today once over the kitchen vacuum clean up the mess from orders finish kitting pages pick up dd#2 from school home lunch more puttering around down here DD#2 to dance at 4 home dinner- thinking burgers on the grill enjoy the sunshine nail down dates for disney trip book it bed

It's been a good day!!!
Got DS15's new suit, new shoes and an extra shirt and tie!!! DD got her Earth Space Science project complete! DS11 got his new cleats for games this weekend. I got my new reeboks on sale! (wasn't going to buy my shoes this weekend but couldn't pass on the price!!!!) lunch w/ all my boys DS15 volunteered to go w/ me and I took DH and DS11 home to work at the house... DS15 and I pre-paid and ordered PJ's balloons for her party (they told me to order now or risk not having any!!!) Got all her party supplies (still have a few things to make and design in CDS) I need to go over my lists and make sure everything is going as planned... Oh, I did check on her cake too and I need to order it mid-month but they assured me no one is turned away for cakes!!!

PJ wanted a black, white and hot pink party... (which is the same as her dorm room)... think Princess like... So, we have her tiara that she will wear for prom again... then DS15 made sure we bought her a sash that she MUST wear that says Grad Princess!!! I got her a car flag that says the same thing..
C has decided he is going to greet everyone for her party by thanking them for coming to his 16th birthday (just a few days before).. PJ's friends will think it's a hoot!!! I'll post photos of our party favors this weekend... I did find a shirt I really like.. now to find time to hit Macys... It's even on sale for $15.00!!!  Plus it can be worn many additional times!!
