Thanks ladies. Keeping my fingers crossed too.

hopefully with the higher price point its in better condition than the last. seems to be. the bank that owns it even put in new carpet and repainted.

wow, they must really want to get it sold to put in some $$

Rachal, good luck with the inspection!

Jennifer hope Morgan feels better, nasal drip is awful but the Flonase should help.

Buffy, hope the septic is fixed.

All my chores are finally done! Had a great time with my nephew, he is so cute! Now to relax a little.

Septic is fixed!!!
Guy came out and pumped it today. It was full but he didn't see the reason why we were having issues.
Once empty he found a small clog in the cast iron pipe coming out of the house right at the entrance to the tank. Got that cleared then he checked the rest of the tank. Baffles look good, no blockages to the leaching fields so we are good for another 3-4 years. He also told us about a riser sleeve we can put over the pumping cover so we don't have to dig 3 feet anymore! Love that idea. Well worth the additional $300. DH is hurting from all the digging.
He also said we should be a-ok to put in a pipe/dumping station for the RV. Sweet!

That was expensive but I'm glad that it's done and I had the money in savings so I didn't have to charge it. The one thing I take from David Ramsey, $1000 in the savings account at all times!

Glad it worked out. Septics skeeve me out for some reason, and yes we have one.
