contacting shareholders club

Good morning all, I joined the shareholders club about a year ago, but have never been able to access its website. over the time I have attempted to explain the issue to them via email a few times, but all that ever happens is that they reset the password - which doesnt resolve the problem (the issue is that the account is 'not verified'). -my latest emails have gone unanswered, Ive now tried phoning, but the number goes to an automated french system that gives a few choices (that I cant understand....) before cutting me off.

does anyone know of the best way to talk to someone - or even how to navigate the phone system to talk to an operator?

I would like to get access to the site so that I can take advantage of the VIP fast pass they are offering.

What number are you calling ? Because if it's the 00 800 64 74 56 30 one on their site it's an incorrect number.

The voice says that this number is not attributed. Looking at it I can see it's wrong as there are too many digits, French numbers are 10 digits

Have you tried the 00 33 1 64 74 56 30 one ? It's not free phone but it works and someone answers as I've just called it

yes, phone the number Carrie_Cat has posted above (if in the UK, as thats a French landline number, phone through a cheap calls to France number first ie 0844 200 90 90, this reduces the call cost to 0.5p per minute).

If you wait until all the automated responses on the shareholder telephone number have exhausted, and keep hanging on, you should get through to a real person to speak to (I've always found the shareholders club staff very friendly and helpful when I've phoned them).

I was expecting this automated reponse system and was quite suprised when it was answered straight away by a human It's so rare these days that I was like ohhhhhhhhhhh.....

That number worked for me Friday.

But before a certain time I did have to leave a voicemail. After about 9.15am our time it got answered.

There must be a pb with it atm as when I rang it ( 00 800 64 74 56 30) I got a record message telling me Le numero que vous demandez n'est pas attribué, veuillez consulter le service des renseignements - Just tried again from another phone network and got the same thing

typical FT I guess
