Hard Rock All Access Program

We're changing things around a bit.

We'll be launching a new loyalty program soon, and as a result, we will be ending the current program known as "All Access". The program expires on October 1, 2012.

Please keep an eye on your inbox for an upcoming communication about our brand new loyalty program. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please contact customer_care@hardrock.com

Another email update:


We're changing things around a bit.

Our bad, the rock show ran a little late last night and we were still half asleep when we sent that email you received! What we meant to say was we'll be launching a new loyalty program soon, and as a result, we will be ending the current program known as "All Access". You'll still have plenty of time to use those rewards you've racked up though! The rewards will be expiring on September 30, 2012, and can be redeemed in any corporate owned Hard Rock location until then. Click here for a list.

If you joined the All Access program after October 1, 2011, you will also be the very first members of our new loyalty program launching this year.

Please keep an eye on your inbox for an upcoming communication about our brand new loyalty program. In the meantime, if you have any questions on your current membership, please contact customer_care@hardrock.com

jessicar, did you get the email from hrc about changing the system for emails?
you now have a different screen name for signing in.


i think that email was about 2 weeks back.


i hope this doesn't effect the credit i have on my card.
i'm still carrying about $35 credit on it.

I haven't gotten an email about this. Good to know. I was going to save all my credit for when we went in December. I guess I'll have to use it all up when we go to Universal Studios Hollywood. I've been a member longer than 2011. How come I don't get to be one of the first to join the new club? In fact, they just added $20 to my account the other day for my birthday.

No, I didn't get that other email. My same info still signs me in? I did call though because I also have a credit - they said must be used by 10/2012.

Ok so I was just about to sign up for this for my stay at the end of September so i can get the late check out Anyway on their website it says last chance to join All Access as we know it---for those who are already members will you still be a member after October and they are just switching the perks or will you have to pay all over again for the new membership. Just trying to figure out if its worth joining now or better to wait.
