So, I felt pretty lousy from all those darn eggs. The kids really ought to hurry up and eat them, or hide them, or something. I just can't keep out of them!

First time with workout 3. I love the change in the workouts. I will feel it in the arms I'm sure! I really am liking this program. I need to work on balance and flexibility.

Have a good one ladies. Off to goof with the kids until they go to track practice. It's been awesome having them home for a four day weekend! Everyone is well rested, well fed, happy and relaxed!

Start of week 4. Disc 3 was easier today. I was able to move up to heavier weights. On the down side, I pulled a muscle in my thigh. I felt it the minute I did it. I'm icing it now and will take Advil in a few. I'm sure it will be good as new tomorrow.

How was the rest of your day ladies?

Yowch! I hope that it heals fast! Congrats on challenging yourself and upping the weights and cardio!

Last night at my vball game, a girl rolled her ankle SOOOOO bad! It was dark purple and hugely swollen before we even got her off of the court and onto a chair. I'm thinking that it's way worse than a sprain.

DD called me from track hurting pretty badly with her back. We got her into the chiro and she feels much better this morning. Hopefully she'll be better before Friday's meet.

I had such a great 4 day weekend with the family. I LOVE having the kiddos home and can't wait until summer!

Good news! I officially hit half way to my Biggest Loser challenge goal. I am so excited and hope to take the rest off before summer. I have about 6.5 weeks before kids are home so I think that it's doable.

I hope that all is well with you two!

I'm so frustrated with the scale. Only lost .1 again this week. But my clothes are looser so I must be replacing fat with muscle, right?

My leg isn't too bad today, so I will be able to hang out with Jillian today. :-)

I think that a .1 weight loss with looser clothes over Easter weekend is FABULOUS! Yes, yes, the muscles are growing the fat is going! It's all about the clothes and how we feel, not the number!:good vibes


Glad the leg is okay.

Just finished workout 4. Gotta say I am getting to the point where I am really looking forward to the workouts. I love the "building" aspect of it. I already feel stronger.

The "good morning" girl in purple cracked me up!

I like Mimi too. Her facial expressions are priceless. Good work on getting through the workout! The hardest one for me is the things where you go down on one knee with the weights over your head.

Hi Girls,

Sorry I didn't get in here to post yesterday. Just a super busy day and I was soooo tired I couldn't wait to go to bed. I didn't even work out. I'll call yesterday my rest day. Today I did DVD 3 for the first time. Holy Smokes! I can't bend in half, I can't walk like a crab and I can't stand one one foot!!!! That for starters! This one is going to take a little practice to say the least.

Good for you on the loss Stitch, I'm so impressed you got on the scale today. I'll wait until next week

Minnie, sounds like you had a great time with the kids and HUGE congrats to you for making it half way to your goal! WAY TO GO!!!

Well, registration opened today for the January races and I wish I knew what my back is thinking. My son and I ran in January and plan to go again but we are hoping I will be up to the full and I'm just not sure.

Well, to bed time for me, I have Physical Therapy before work tomorrow so it's going to be an early start.

Have a great day and keep going. We are getting there!

Wow Minnie, I just saw your going on the Fantasy. LUCKY YOU! What a treat, it sounds like an amazing ship. I have been listening to Podcasts about it and wish I had a cruise booked on it.

Just did disc 4. My least favorite workout, but I made it through every exercise.

Ya, that one is a bit awkward. My balance is my biggest issue. How do they stand so still?

Ha, ha, ha! I know how you feel. I swear I am the least flexible person in the world. The crab thing is something else....

Oh I loved the Disney races. Did the Goofy in 2009 along with the Coast to Coast in DL. Great year. Have only done a couple of halfs since. It's so hard to find racing time without missing kids' activities. I'm hoping to run something this fall. I want to run the princess someday......

So.... I have a stinking, rotten cold! We finally went to see the Hunger Games this weekend. I was sitting next to this teenager coughing and hacking and sniffling all the way through the movie. I kept thinking "cover your mouth or I'm gonna get your cold." I kept trying not to breath when she would do that, but after awhile I gave up. Welp, I got it! Grrrrr.... I haven't had a cold in so long........ Grrrrr....... I'm skipping cardio today and hoping to make it to tennis. So far I'm not really coughing, just stuffy and achey. We'll see.

I have been bad with food all week. I need to get back on the program. Working out is definitely the easier part for me!

Uuuugggghhh

Well, I missed my first workout!

I came down with a fever yesterday and felt horrible. I did feel better today but just didn't want to push it. I am still feeling weak and yucky.

They just cancelled DS's track meet. I am bummed for him but happy for me. 6+ hours in the cold rain was not going to be a good thing.

I did manage to get to the store today and load up on healthy foods. Weigh in tomorrow, I'm sure I've gained but am not too worried about it. I'll get back on track tomorrow.

I hope that all is well with you guys!

Thanks - going to skip Jillian and play a little racket ball and go on a walk. Just not feeling up to a real workout today...... I'll hit the ground running on Monday!
