oooh, SHINY!!! that made me laugh! I'm excited to visit that pin trading station... its our favorite thing to do! LOVE pin trading! The pictures are fantastic.

Did you get to meet Eric? We've never been able to meet him.

A little late, but joining now!

I love AKL, but agree that getting to the bus stop can be a little bit confusing at first. And that the buses seem to take a long time. But I will say, the beauty of the resort makes me overlook that.

I've been seeing the Plaza pop up on lots of people's TRs, so I'm thinking I need to stop there on an upcoming trip.

So glad you are joining in! We defiantly loved AKV, and I bet we will return in the future at some point.

I would say go for the Plaza, it wasn't the most amazing thing I have ever eaten, but it was a really good lunch, and a fair price!

I've never had a meal at the Plaza, but recently, I've been seeing a lot of really good reviews there. I might have to put this one on our list of places to eat in the future.

It's a good thing that they have a photogenic menu.

I love when my photos make someone want to go somewhere

Those frys looks delicious! We ate at the plaza last May and we enjoyed it. I do not remember what I ordered, but I remember it was good.

Thanks for taking all the pics! I am really enjoying looking at them.

After our wonderful lunch we were recharged, and ready to go! I was very excited, as we were blasting through the things I wanted to do so fast, that I knew we would be able to avoid the crazy closing time buss packedness!
We wandered over to Fantasy Land to get some more Fastpasses, and I got this great photo on the way of the new Little Mermaid ride!

I love that things are really starting to take shape behind the fence, and that we could see things that looked like real attractions starting to appear!

We stopped, and picked up these beauties

Because we had just eaten lunch, we decided that there couldn’t be a better time to ride Splash Mountain! We slowly wandered over to the entrance, but stopped to put everything in our bag into plastic baggies. When we rode Splash in May we were placed in the front row, and soaked to the bone. I don’t think we would have gotten that wet if we had jumped in a pool, it was that bad.

I was terrified this would happen again, but figured that we would just go back and change if it did, I mean we are being spontaneous right?!

I decided that before we used our Splash Fastpasses, that we should get a photo of our wonderful collection!! I know that they are changing the rules soon so that we wouldn’t be able to tour this way again, but hey, this is what we had at the time!

Once we were all packed up, we jumped into the Fastpass line, and wandered in! I always feel kinda bad as we pass the folks waiting in line! Before we knew it, it was time to load!

We were seated in the back of the log, and I was so relieved that we wouldn’t be soaked at the end!!!

Before we knew it we were pulling back into the loading area, and I was freaking out at Josh to get the camera so that I could get a redneck of our ride photo!!!

And our beautiful log!

We stopped on the way out to listen to Chip and Dale in their little house! Josh loved this little detail!

And then we explored the gift shop!
Josh found a small Lotso, during our May trip he brought a large one home! He was excited.

We decided to wander down through frontie ville, and see where we ended up!

Much to my surprise, we ended up here

Neither Josh, nor I had ever ridden the tea cups before, but there was almost no line, so we figured, Why Not!?

We hopped into the almost nonexistent line

While we waited, I tried, and failed to get a photo of the mouse in the teapot!

We were quickly let in, and Josh told me that I could pick whatever cup I wanted, and of course I raced to a pretty pink cup!

My handsome husband, waiting for the ride to start!

Josh took the camera, and got a quick photo of me!

And off we went!!!!!
I was very surprised to see that they started the ride with empty cups!

Josh is normally the person who doesn’t do spinney rides, but he wanted to spin in the Tea Cups! I had to tell him to stop… he was making me sick!

Before we knew it, our ride was over, and we were sent to the exit!
Because I hadn’t been allowed to “over plan” I asked Josh what he wanted to do! We wandered off again, this time toward Tomorrowland.
However, I was yet again distracted by something shiny!

But, where do we go now?!
