I stayed there three years ago with 3 other adults. They generously let me have the bedroom for doing all the planning.. plus I snore..

Anways, the three other adult found all the pullouts very comfortable. It was an added plus that we had two bathrooms with four adult women.

We stayed one night in December. I actually really liked the suite and would stay there again but the pullouts were awful. If we hadn't just been there for the one night we would have complained. We did not open the ottoman pullout so I can't comment on it but the couch was pretty bad. You could feel all the bars/springs but the chair pullout was absolutely just terrible. My DH was the one who was stuck keeping on that and it was almost painful it was so bad.

If you find them to be in disrepair I would go to the front desk and complain.

We were in a family suite at ASMu in January for one night. The sleeper sofa was ok. The foldout chair was not good and the foldout ottoman was not even good enough for my dog! My kids 11 & 13 said they would both be unhappy if they had to sleep on them for a week. Too bad because the setup of the room was nice.

I stayed in one, four years ago when the suites we newly renovated and while I loved the suites the pull outs were just awful. I loved the All Music, but won't stay in a family suite again because of pull outs. Personally I would book two rooms this time, but DW is not as much of a fan as I am.
