I see that communication hasnt changed with her. We had her when she first started as the wedding cooridinator for the cruise line. We started off with Brianna, who changed postions( she would answer almost same day. If not then next business day)I even mentioned it onboard the Magic in 2010, talking to the supervisor in GS and our onboard wedding consultant.
Call her. You get her quicker that way.
Unless something has changed which is possible, our civil ceremony was 2pm on the ship.

As above, the reason you need to be at the terminal is that the legal ceremony occurs in Port Canaveral before you board the ship. The ceremony at Castaway Cay is basically "for show." (no disrespect intended).

Bus pick up at the resorts ranges from 11:30 to 12:30 with terminal arrival about 1:30 (if traffic is good!)

You're right about that! At about age 10, my DD informed me that her honeymoon plans were a DCL cruise in the Roy suite. She may have changed her mind when they removed the piano......now I'm hoping she waits a few more years.

Above is interesting...friends of ours had their civil ceremony in the terminal before boarding...maybe 2 years ago? I lose track of time. THey got to be the "most recently married" couple that night at Match Your Mate.

My son and daughter-in-law were married in September 2010 onboard the Wonder. They met the wedding coordinator and had the civil ceremony at either 1:30 or 2, onboard the ship. The civil ceremony took place in front of the Walt Disney Theater. From what I have read on the wedding board, the place and time have not changed much since then.
