Still with out power and It was 24 degrees in the house last night -- took the boys to the emergency shelter they set up at the middle school -- felt good to have a warm place to sleep. I am over this no power nonsense!!

We have power!!!!!
Lost 7 huge trees all around the side of the house and backyard - will get pix up later. All foods in the frig and freezer are lost - but we are safe!!! Our schools were closed all week. Heat is wonderful!!!!

We have power as of 4:00 am!!! My mother still does not. My saw man is going to be busy this weekend.

So glad to hear you are all getting your power back! I'm so thankful that if we had to lose power, we did during Irene, so that we didn't have to deal with cold. So sorry you've gone through that.
