Anyone planning on taking part in the WDW marathon this January? My partner is running the full marathon and I'm gonna be in the cheering section. And by cheering, I mean, sleeping standing up and trying to take photos while simultaneously devouring Mickey ear rice crispie treats.

Cant wait!! There is going to be a DIS meetup on Monday in Epcot I think. There is a thread about it in the WISH section!

I'll be there doing the Max. (5K, Donald ½ & Chip 'n Dale Full Relay).

There will also be a WISH meet at the Pop Food Court around 4:30 on Friday.

Just did the DLand half yesterday and already have my eyes set on WDW for my first Goofy.

Staying at POP again, so will try to hit up that meet for sure.

When is the Epcot meet?

We'll be missing the POP meet. Only getting to POP on Saturday, after the marathon we are switching over to WL for the rest of the week.

You should have made me stop and give you a hug...that last stretch until waiting to go through bag check to get to the hotel was a blur.

My partner and I are doing the Inaugural Chip and Dale relay...we've done the half...the full and can't quite commit to doing the Goofy...maybe next time! When the relay came out we signed right up!! D

My partner and I are running the Goofy. We are staying at Wilderness Lodge. It's his first. Can't wait. We just got back from Disney today. Already miss it.

We are staying at the Caribean. We haven't stayed there before, and it's pretty close to the start lines. Im excited and can't wait.

Trying to figure out if I want to RUN the Half and walk/run the full or vice versa. Not sure yet if I can fully RUN both of them. We'll see once training is more underway.

We are currently half way through training for our first FULL Marathon, the Marine Corp Marathon in DC at the end of October.

we'll be at the Wilderness Lodge too! Gonna be my first time staying there, we're usually at Port Orleans or Swan. Gonna make the most of the resort - going to rent Sea Raycers, dine at Artist Point and well, of course, have a drink at the lounge!
