I cried my eyes out, especially at the very end with the ipod saying "My Family is pretty cool". What a special memory. What I wouldn't give to be that creative and talented!

Just chiming in again with some questions-

do you do any scripting/storyboarding before the trip? As you listen to your song pre-trip (btw, was your oldest happier with the "edgier" choice?) do you map out some shots, either on your paper or just in your head? Or is all just spontaneous?

Any tips on getting my 14 year old son to participate? He runs the other way as soon as he sees the video camera. Practically the only footage I got of him last trip was him serpentining in front of me trying to get out of the shot. My video looked like my DD was an only child.

Thanks again!

ps - Zoe's so big now! It's bad enough I get teary-eyed about MY kids growing up, now I'll get teary-eyed about YOUR kids growing up.

Love it.

We leave for Disney tomorrow and every year we keep saying we want to do this but never seem to do it.

Tell your son your family is "Cool" and thanks for sharing. If we are ever down at the same time we will definately join you in on some dancing.

Mouseketeer since birth!
I am lucky to have kids who also love Disney and a husband who loves it (and us) enough to humor my passion!

Awesome video as usual! I love how you incorporated the first trip's footage with new shots of the kids in the same places -- I treasure those types of photos with my kids.

Glad the idea of incorporating the DIS members worked out -- I bet you made their day and hopefully you made some new friends too.

DH has been doing more videos the last couple years with iMovie and I want him to watch yours for some new ideas before our trip.

Thanks for "doing it again!"

It is an AWESOME video, and we are glad to have had the chance to dance with you guys... I talked about doing something like this (only on a MUCH simpler scale, ) for our trip, but then I broke my ankle, didn't buy the video camera and therefore it didn't get started... BUT we got the chance to dance, so that was cool! Though I didn't realize my youngest just stood there and watched... sorry!

Any suggestions for a newbie, I have looked and looked at the video cameras and the more I looked, the more confused I became, so I didn't get anything. I like the idea of getting underwater footage, and would be open to having 2 different video cameras if a good one out of the water didn't work in the water... any suggestions would be helpful. Definately not a mac user, so I would get the photoshop premiere to work with.

Again, great video, great family, great dancing!!!
