Flowers, fun, and FOOD! DxDDP 3/2 to 3/8

With less than 36 hours until I'm landing at MCO to kick off our girls-only Flower & Garden trip of course I'm too excited to sleep, so I figured I'd get a start on sharing my dining experiences with y'all.

First, the cast:

Me, thirty-something semi-foodie but not a food snob, master planner and architect of this dining adventure. I love sushi and seafood of all sorts and can't actually think of anything I'm not at least willing to try. This will be my third trip on the deluxe dining plan and I love it because food is part of the fun when I'm planning the travels!

DM, recently retired and happily along for the ride. Not picky but not as adventurous as I am either, you aren't likely to see any raw fish or snails on her plate. Her only request on this trip - fish and chips, something we skip when traveling with my fish-allergic DH.

DD9, aka Pocahontas. Disappointed I wouldn't upgrade her to adult for this trip, she has a tiny appetite but is developing more adult tastes. I expect she'll be sharing some of my and DM's meals and passing along a few of her kids' meals to...

DD2, aka Boo. What's to say? She's two and she eats just about everything. She has kind of a weird aversion to breaded foods so don't expect to see many chicken nuggets on her plate, and she cracks waitresses up with her love for sushi. She'll be sharing the adult foods with her big sister's kids meals as backup.

And the plans:

Earl of Sandwich, Detroit airport edition
Pop Century food court lunch
Kona Cafe dinner
Tusker House breakfast
Raglan Road dinner
Hollywood Brown Derby lunch
Flying Fish dinner
Les Chefs de France lunch
La Hacienda de San Angel dinner
Cinderella's Royal Table lunch
California Grill dinner
Via Napoli lunch
Rose & Crown dinner

Restaurants in bold are new experiences for me. We'll also be adding a last minute breakfast or lunch on our departure day, but exactly where will depend on where we decide to spend that morning. Kona for breakfast or The Wave for lunch are front runners, but something at Downtown Disney is also a possibility and there's always the chance that we'll want to spend a couple hours in a park if there's something we missed.

Also in the plans are a few must-try snacks that I've yet to experience, including:

Tie-dye cheesecake
Carrot cake cookie
Anything (or everything) from Karamel Kuche

I am not shy at all about photographing my food, so I plan to return with plenty of food porn to share!

Looking forward to your reviews! Especially, La Hacienda - considering it for our Oct. trip. Last year it had just opened and we couldn't get an adr.
