There is absolutely no way Disney can prevent everything natural from happening.

Preventing snakes from being on Disney property would be as hard as preventing a hurricane.

I am just glad the OP has shared her story I am simply amazed at the number of people that do not realize that snakes, bugs, and alligators are the norm for Florida.
