The bags are 95% packed. Just printed our boarding passes. Have a very short, 45 minutes, in Las Vegas to change planes for LA. If there are slot machines in the airport we might be in trouble making the connection.

I'm going to try to meet up with Kathy this afternoon maybe. I'll have the car seats removed, so if anyone else wants a bit of a driving tour, they are welcome to join.
Kevin - I'm glad you liked the Shabu place. We enjoyed it and I thought it was definitely someplace you would like - glad I made a good call. I won't tell you about the Beard Papa's cream puff at the bottom of the big staircase down to Hollywood Blvd - on the first level - directly under the Shabu place. Addicting... You design your own, too.... Tomorrow night will be Yamashiro up the hill. Mary Jo is joining us, too. I'll be picking Anna and Kim up at 7-7:15. Can't wait. The view is to die for and menu is a drooler... Off to the car wash in a few minutes! Welcome to town, new arrivals!

Well the babysitter has arrived I had gone over my 4 page list of instructions with her.
Given her emergancy money. I have everything packed. Now to load the car and we are off to the airport in a mere 40 minutes.  Then for the wait to board the plane. I am so excited, I feel like I am going to burst!  We will land at LAX at 8:10pm their time!

We made it to LA but there is nobody here to pick us up.
 We waited over an hour for a call back and finally got it. They suggested we take a cab and they would reimburse us later in the week. Here's hoping this was an anomoly and things go smoother the rest of the week.- Bill
