I'm not too worried, I have helped organise conferences, a little Dole Whip meet shouldn't be too scary....

I put everyone who replied thus far into a spreadsheet (I know, geeky or what!?!), and limited it down by the dates i'm around (I know it's selfish but if I am organising it, I think I should be there!

)

Anywho the best 2 days seem to be the 26th/ 27th June, but it seems more people need to leave on the 27th, which would suggest the 26th would be the best day. Plus it is the day after my university results come out to tell me if I passed my degree, so you guys can help me celebrate/ commiserate.

How does everyone feel about that? Is it do-able?

Thanks for organizing!! I will do my best to be there, but that might be the one week we're not in town!!

If we don't head north for our vacation I will definitely make it!

Our first day in Orlando is the 25th June so would be up for meeting on the 26the 26th or 27th if it was not to late... we will still be suffering from Jet Lag.

Based on Touring Plans Magic Kingdom seems best for 26th while Animal Kindgom is better for 27th. Therefore a dole whip meet is one option we would be up for

The 26th works for us - I have been on the fence about leaving on the 26th or 27th. But a meet on the 26th makes the decision for me. Looking forward to hearing the details.
