Snow-Wigd and the Christmas Elves, a December pre-trip!

Hope you feel up to going to see Wicked tomorrow. I'd love to go see this show. Mary Poppins is going to be in Charlotte August 2010. Hannah and I had gone to see a show earlier this year and she saw the poster for it and said she wanted to go see it. I was very excited...and happy!...that she said she wanted to go.

So, what did those flight prices to Atlanta look like?

I had a rough couple of days last week, but I really am feeling better already. The doctor was great about giving me just enough antibiotic to attach on to what I had already prescribed myself.....

The flight was about $300 RT. I'm going to keep watching to see if they come out with any deals. Sounds like a great time! If you all were going on a weekend I just might be able to swing it.

I quickly bought the soundtrack when I got home. The music is so powerful! I didn't have a souvie picked out, I had spent way too much on the ticket. We had great seats though!

I can't believe Mary Poppins hasn't come to Boston either. I went on the website yesterday and they have dates into September 2010 and none of them are Boston. BUT I did see that The Little Mermaid show is going on tour starting Fall 2010.

Our tickets were a bit pricey too! I'm not sure how much I'll be willing to spend on a souvie but I'll try to get something.
I really would like to see Mary Poppins! I have such vivid memories of seeing her in a really cool movie theater with a couple levels of balcony a million years ago. I had the album and I can remember just playing and playing that music...
The Little Mermaid would be really fun too! My girls would love that one!

Ughhh on the strep....I had it for the first time on my 39th (and last) birthday in September. It was horrid!

Yes it is! Just this morning we had the following conversation:

Hannah: How long did we stay in Washington, D.C.
Me: 5 days
Hannah: I wish we could have stayed longer.
Me: Really?!! Why?
Hannah: Because we didn't get to see everything.
Me: Well, that just means we'll have to go again!
Hannah: Just like Walt Disney World

Hannah: I wish we could have stayed 10 days.

Hi! I'm waaaaaaay late to your ptr party. I followed you over from Mary's ptr since we are going to be there at the same time! We'll be doing the CP package on Christmas Eve too, but are eating at Nine Dragons, going to the 6:45 show. We're also doing a Wishes Cruise, I'm so excited about that!

Your plans look great! I am a little nervous for you though going to MK on Christmas Day We'll help out with the crowd level for you by staying as far away from there as possible on that day

I've heard that if you get to MK early on Christmas morning it's not so bad since lots of people are opening gifts in their rooms....

On the 19th we've got an ADR for dinner @ Tutto Italia, and then I figured we'd be ready to head back to the resort for bed since we will have been up since 4am What time is everyone meeting up?

We live just south of Oklahoma City in a town called Moore, just about 2 1/2 hrs south of you!

Soonergirl, What day do you get in? That's our first day, our flight leaves at 6:30 so we will be up at 4am too. I'm sure we'll be tired, but it's so exciting to be there so we will be running on adrenaline. Studios closes at 8 so I was hoping we could meet early, around 6 or so. I want to go to MK afterward if we have any energy left at all. This is going to be a week of little sleep for us I'm afraid.

How long is a flight from where you are to Atlanta? If it's not too long and if you could get a good price, that would be awesome for you to make it to Mary Poppins. We have to leave as soon as it's over, but I'm sure one of the Georgia girls would welcome you home for the night.

I hope Little Mermaid comes somewhere near us.

To be exact it's 42 for us and 41 for you! The time is flying by! We are out of school this week on Wednesday for Veteran's Day so that will make for a speedy quick week!

Today's the big day for Wicked so I'll be around this morning for a while then maybe tonight. We have matinee tickets!
