Tonga Toast
What is the difference between the Tonga Toast at Captain Cook's and Kona Cafe besides the choice of meat and the price?

At Kona, it comes with a fruit (strawberry I think) compote to go with it and at Capt. Cook's, it doesn't.
Also, I believe at CC, it is just cooked on the grill where as at Kona I believe it is put in a fryer.
