I love road trips! Makes we want to hop in the car, crank up the "Life is a Highway" CD, and take off!

I really notice the difference in Hunter from our last trip to this one. That boy has grown like a weed!

BTW, I also posted this over on my PTR, but do you or any of your loyal audience know how I can make the name of my PTR in my siggy the actual link, instead of having the link follow the name? I just had to ask here, 'cause you've got the nicest readers on the DISboards!

Hijacking to answer I asked this on my PTR too and a lovely DISser helped me out

Here's what you do (I hope this makes sense!):

- Open the DIS site twice in two windows
- On window #1, go to your PTR and copy the thread address in the top address bar
- On window #2, go to your signature in the User CP page
- Type whatever you want to show up on your signature (e.g., awesome PTR), then highlight your PTR title
- Click "insert link" button and paste your thread address

Voila!

Thanks for the compliments on my kids. They really are pretty good. The only problem we ever had out of Lacey was she skipped school a couple of times. Guess where she went?!? Church....prayer meeting. In case you're wondering, we didn't punish her. I mean, how could we?

Yep, it was our 14th trip to Disney. Even though we've been 2 dozen times, we still get just as excited as we did on our first trip. After that first trip, we were hooked!

We love road trips too. Our drive to Disney is anywhere from 14 to 16 hours. It just depends on traffic and weather. Everybody asks us why we don't fly to Disney. Besides cost factor, I like spending the time alone in a car with my family.

Hasn't Hunter grown! Every time Lacey comes home for a break, she is amazed at how much he's grown. He has a little bit of a tummy on him and is a little self conscious about it but once he starts football, he'll sweat it off.

I'm glad to see that lisalonglash was able to answer your question 'cause I had no idea. I agree that I do have some of the nicest friends on the Dis.

Sometimes I look at Lacey and she looks just like me and then at other times, I think she looks just like her Daddy. The nose is definitely from her Daddy's side of the family. All of them have the same nose.

You'll be glad to hear that we all kept our teeth. Didn't have to pull out the super glue once!

It took me a while to come up with a title 'cause everything I thought of was too long. But, in time, you'll see how I came up with this one.

Our 2010 trip will be May 27th through June 5th. I haven't decided where we're staying yet but I know these are the dates.

I know how worried you were about Pop and even though I love the values and it would have been fine, I am so glad you got to change over to CBR. $450 for nine nights isn't bad at all! First of all, there's no need to apologize for going "on and on". You know I'm a detail person and I talk a lot so it's fine and dandy for you to do it too.

I am sure that we would have been fine at Pop but when we heard that Lacey was coming along, I got worried about room size and the sink situation. We haven't decided where we are staying next year but we are still considering a value. Who know what we'll do?

Times have certainly changed since we got married (and you also). Now, people wait until they are in their late 20's or 30's before ever getting married. I just knew that John was the one.

I hope that you have a great time on your camping trip. We are thinking about going camping over the Labor Day weekend. John's parents have a small travel trailer that they never use so we may just have to borrow it instead of tent camping.

What kind of dog is Oddball?

Hey girl! Aren't the Disboards a lot "cooler" than the Intercot boards. I just feel so much more comfortable over here. I still post on Intercot but I find that people are a bit judgmental over there.

Oddball is a mix of Miniature Pinscher and who knows what. We adopted him from the animal shelter when he was just about 6 weeks old. I've got to find a recent picture of him so ya'll can see my other "child".
