AT LAST!!! Expedition Everest Yeti returns to full motion

We've had lots of reports sent in that the Yeti is now running in it's full "A mode" animation (well almost). Apparently the giant animatronic figure is now running in a slightly modified version of it's original A mode while more tests are carried out on the repairs that have been made. However, those that have seen it mention that it's virtually indistinguishable from it's original A mode. The Yeti has been running in a fairly static "B mode" now for over a year after some structural issues developed, so it's great to see the figure being back to it's best as it's such a huge part of the storyline.

I would be sitting on the patio of the Fontana bar at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas watching the dancing fountains on a warm balmy night whilst sipping vintage Champagne

Is there any recent video evicence of this? I would love for it to be moving when I finally get to ride EE next month! Hace any other parts of EE been fixed as well, steam in the station, waterfalls etc?

By the way, work on the Yeti has been one of our best kept secrets (imho) since I don't know of any internet leaks about the corrective work. He's been receiving extensive work after hours since about mid-January. It's been fun to read the so-called "experts" claiming all sorts of bad news while the Yeti is repaired without their knowledge. And with his motion changed to more of a swoop, he should be a creaure with much less issues

This would be amazing news if it's right! However, I've never ridden EE so I have nothing to compare the "modes" to...and I've heard that's it's still awesome whatever mode she's in. Looking forward to it either way.

This would be great! We rode last Sept in *B mode*. I didn't realize he wasn't working at the time and came off the ride wondering what all the fuss about the Yeti was b/c I didn't see anything but a shadow! Hope he's working in October!!!

Was he by any chance working by mid-may? I really though I saw him swipe at me. It was my first time on the ride so I wasn't sure and had to ride it again and sure enough I thought I saw swipping. I didn't post anything here since everybody said it wasn't working so I thought maybe I didn't know what it really was supposed to look like, but it sure looked like a swipe to me . It was a great ride regardless!

That would be me. As I said a while back I am not going to post my runs anymore due to the fact that certain people on here seem to have a problem with where I post them.

That's too bad. I always enjoyed it when you posted your latest achievement. I'm sorry that certain people have encouraged you to stop.

That said, have you seen the Yeti in the new mode yet?
