It was 3pm or a little before.
We left Epcot at 3:30pm, so it was just before. Ask any CM when th characters will be out.

Is that the tree with all the big fruit/pod type things hanging down? I have always wondered what that tree is. It is really cool.

Not a CM, but my best tip (especially for a week like Easter). Always arrive before the parks open so that you are one of the first ones in the park.
At MK, if you have children that want to do the attractions in Fantasyland, ALWAYS go straight there. Have one parent take the children on Dumbo and/or the Carousel, while the other parent goes and gets Fastpasses for Winnie the Pooh. At Epcot, most of the party waits by the fountain while one person goes and gets Fastpasses for Soarin. After that person comes back, go and ride Test Track. After riding Test Track it may or may not be time for Soaring. If not, you can do Imagination or Living with the Land while you are waiting. |

Not a cast member, but right spot at the right time tip... We were hanging out in France in Epcot charging up the camcorder in a little area behind the bookstore. Its like a dead end/courtyard area with a privacy fence. We didn't know that it was where characters came in and out! One of the Masquerade people came back there and played with DD5 before he went to change or whatever. THEN!!! Belle and the Beast came out!!! They played with DD before they went into the bookstore and we got some great pics. The CM/handler asked if she wanted to walk into the store for the character meeting. She proudly escorted Beast in on his arm and Belle next to her. Got a free 5x7 pic, too!

I don't remember what time we saw Aurora, but it was in the afternoon sometime. I made my son, who was almost 9, have his pic taken with her. She told him to act like he was drawing his sword. I'm surprised he did it!
Good luck, I hope you see her! |

Great thread! I totally agree with the taking it slow and enjoying yourself.....it is vacation.
This trip is our 4th and we are splurging on a stay at the Poly. We plan on spending a lot of time at our resort and enjoying our beautiful sorroundings.

![]() Oh, to keep up with the tips, in Epcot's Refreshment Station, try the Beverly first. Then try all the good stuff.

Yes, but you forgot that at all parks but Disney, the ice and water may be free but there is a $2.50 handling charge (just kidding...of course it's free at the others too).

The tree on your right, with the gourds hanging down is a sausage tree (Kigelia). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sausage_tree Some of the dried gourds actually hang on the Pangani Forest Tail where the meerkats are. My Cast Member Tip: Do Not Try to See Everything In One Trip. It will not be fun and you will run yourself dead.

It is Coke from Italy (I think) and has a slightly strange taste.

in Epcot there is a building called CLUB COOL, it has different Coke products from around the world, Beverly is a coke product from Italy, and it taste's nasty.
Kinda tastes like a cold carbonated espresso. Here is a link to a survey re: CLUB COOL http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2133504
