We got our SSR statement yesterday, paid them earlier in week online as was expecting todays interest rate cut to bring £/$ rate lower but it has actually picked up this week, so should have waited. However if I could forecast better than the experts I would be a rich man

We waited till yesterday and paid when the rate was good - $1.52, and then the confirmation from DVC said payment would be processed within 2 working days!!! OK, just in time for the rate to drop to $1.40 again!!!

Ooh, I wonder if that means that the rate would have improved by the time my payment was processed then

Paid our dues

Just paid our dues for 2009 - I know that the Dollar / Pound is poor but the dues do seem high this year . Home is Saratoga Springs and we have been dvc MEMBER since 2004 and the increase this year does appear large. Anyone else had any thoughts on this issue
