What is their web site (or the one you found the 135. rate which I realize is seasonal and may not be available for my date)? Every site I have found show 157.-269. for my time (October 08). Would love to find a special for less.

You get towels at the towel hut at Atlantis (same place you get your wristbands). You can easily spend all day at Atlantis, especially with the addition of aquaventure, but the first time we went (pre-aquaventure) we didn't get to CS until noon because we wanted to do a bit of shopping in town and even with about 4 hours at Atlantis we had a great time. Booking a room at CS gives you full access to the pools/slides/beach and aqaurium.

Book now but keep checking the rate, it could very well drop as it gets closer to October. We've booked twice in October for early Dec trips and both times the rates dropped in November.

I am having trouble! DH just called to book and they said it is a 2-night minimum. How do you go about booking for 1 night?

Everywhere that I have checked online, it will not even give me rates unless it includes a 2-night stay, expedia, travelocity, comfortsuites.com. I am trying for Aug 19 2008, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 4 and 8.

I'm on Orbitz now and I can't even get Comfort Suites to pop up, when I am not even specifying a date.

Yep, I finally got it to come up, but if I only put in one night it says no rooms are available, if I include the following night it comes up just fine.

http://www.comfortsuites.com/ires/en...fo?hotel=BS003 Plugged in my date and it gave me the same rate I have been getting. It did not say anything about a two night minimum. I suggest trying this link, maybe you will get lucky.

So do we just let the hotel know we are checking in and right back out? What if they don't allow this?

Cruiseship passengers do this all the time so it won't be a problem...we actually prefer to check out at the end of the day so we can freshen up in the room before going back to the ship.

thanks to the OP!
have it booked for Oct for self, DH & son (barely 15); now im worried i should suck it up & pay the difference as an adult, yet usually under 18 is free with choice (rather pricey for 3rd adult imo)def don't want to be embarrased though... so u get a card the wristbands @ the hotel desk when u check in? confused as to those who took kids, if we are questioned can we pay the difference then or would i have to tromp back to the hotel? ok, went to hotel website & here is the verbage Hotel Alerts: Must have one adult 21 years or older in each room. Children under 12 stay free if sharing room with parents. Children 16 or older charged as adults, an additional 40.00 plus taxes and service charges per night. Energy Surcharge: 8.00 per night (all persons 16 yrs and older) and housekeeping gratuity 4.00 per night (all persons 12 years and older) are additional charges that are not included in the estimated total and must be paid directed to the hotel. if im reading correctly, only need to pay extra $4 housekeeping gratutity & not extra $40 since he's 15?
