Exclamation Dockers Free Flight Promo -- UPDATE 7/3/08

Sorry, can't find the old thread!

I submitted my form back in April and never heard back. Today I got an automated voicemail from them saying that due to fuel prices and whatnot they have to scale back the promotion and promotional flights are very limited. Since I had submitted my form but never got a flight, I have a choice of (1) $125 monetary reimbursement, (2) $150 in dining certificates, (3) Free Flight. I had to call (617) 305-4099 before 7/31/08 and leave a message with my name, address, and promotion choice.

There is no human, it's all automated, and they don't explain the dining certificates. They say if you choose the free flight, someone will call you before 7/31/08. I chose the monetary reimbursement because I can't deal with some jankity free flight. We'll see if I ever get a check, but i just wanted to post this update!

I got the same voicemail.

I wanted to talk to someone about the free flight. I can't decide between taking the cash and dealing with getting my flight. I wanted to use the free flights for DH & I to go to Mousefest. But if they are going to limit severely on flight availability etc., I'd rather take the money.

If this is TLC Marketing, my guess for the dining certificate is through restaurant.com.

If that is the case, I personally would not choose that one.

Absolutely agree! It will be for restaurants.com and its a horrible program.

I agree. I did the two nights hotel/two free entrees promotion, and the "entrees" were two certificates to restaurant.com. You made a good decision.

That's a bummer. How much did you have to spend to get the ticket?

I did this promotion, but submitted my vouchers months ago for a flight I took this past May (two actually - one for me & one for DH). Glad I got in when I did. I would be ticked off if they now changed the promotion and I couldn't get my flights. Hope this works out for you.
