New York Style Sandwiches

This counter service restaurant is located in the Disney Village.
As the name implies sandwiches are what is on offer. There is a reasonable selection of deli sandwiches and pannis.
For a look at the restaurant press here

There is limited seating inside, with an overspill area outside. The restaurant also offers a takeaway service.

Okay as previously announced we are hoping the boards can help If you have photographs of the restaurant and the food. If you have eaten here and can write a review. Even a couple of lines of what you liked, things to watch out for.. would be appreciated if you posted below

UGH. I avoided posting a review after I ate here.

After six weeks in France, my sister teased me that I was due for a change from croissants and should have a bagel. Now, keep in mind that I have been in New York many times, often for long periods. I enjoy the local chain 'Europa Cafe' which has panini sandwiches, baguette sandwiches, and German/Austrian pastries and cookies. There were no bagels here, just a range of baguette sandwiches at the takeaway side (I cannot comment on the sit down side)

Unfortunately, this place had no such decent food. I ordered at the short takeaway queue, but it took about 25 minutes to receive my food. Ordered a cheese/tomato baguette, fries, water, and doughnut, only because the combo was almost the price of a sandwich.

Sandwich was soggy and worse than any I have had at other French takeaways, including the train station. Fries were salty and thin (American style rather than the Belgian/French/German style frites). Doughnut was greasy and tasteless.

I will in future stay with 'New York' style places in North America rather than return here.... most disappointing meal on site.

We ate a snack lunch here twice this week. The first time we had a panini each - one ham and cheese, one cheese, tomato and mozarella. This came to 17 Euro but I then got AP discount. It was served immediately, was hot, tasty and just right to tide us over until our main meal.

The second time we had one cheese and ham panini and one chicken goujons and chips. Again the order was delivered immediately. This time it was about 16 Euro before discount.

This was also tasty. There were hardly any queues midday. Although you didn't get much for your money I would eat a snack here again.

We ate her March 08, was very busy and waited 20 mins to be served and this had the shortest que in the village.

I recall them selling baguetes, fries, soup etc, light snack meals.

I ate there oct last year and march this year (couple of days on each trip).

my friend is very picky with what she eats, but she really liked the fries here (she had to have some everyday) quite big portions, were always hot. Didnt have to wait to long.

I always had the chicken goujons and fries, again i thought they were quite nice.
