Bonefish Restaurant

Anyone tried these restaurants? My DH got a gift certificate from work for the new Bonefish here in Seattle. But we thought we might save it to use for our trip this May. I'd like to hear if you thought the food was good. I remember seeing a "reader board" for them on all the taxis we saw in WDW!

I'm curious about Bonefish myself as one has opened near us. Also, we've had great luck in the past with other restaurants in the Sand Lake Road restaurant enclave in Orlando (Seasons 52, Roy's). It's in a great location there. Here are some items from the Bonefish menu from their website:

Bang Bang Shrimp
Tender, crispy shrimp tossed in a creamy,
spicy sauce.
Saucy Shrimp
Sautéed in a Lime Tomato Garlic sauce
with Kalamata olives and Feta cheese.
Mussels Josephine
Prince Edward Island Mussels sautéed with
tomatoes, garlic, basil and lemon wine sauce.
Cajun Chicken Egg Roll
Blackened chicken, roasted corn, onions and
peppers served with a tangy mustard sauce.
Crab Cakes Appetizer
Two thick jumbo lump crab cakes sautéed and
served with two delightful sauces.
Crispy Calamari
Tender calamari lightly fried and served with
marinara sauce and Thai sweet hot sauce.
Ahi Tuna Sashimi
Sesame seared, sliced thin, with wasabi and
pickled ginger.
Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops
Topped with a Mango Salsa Chutney.
Coconut Crusted Shrimp
6 jumbo shrimp served with a tangy sweet
dipping sauce.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Potatoes Au Gratin
Angel Hair with Marinara
Island Rice
Steamed Vegetable Medley
Corn Chowder with Lump Crab
Bonefish Caesar
Crisp romaine, garlic croutons and reggiano.
House Chopped Salad
Crisp chopped greens, tomatoes, Kalamata
olives, heart of palm and pine nuts.
Tossed with citrus herb vinaigrette.
Florida Cobb Salad
Crisp chopped greens tossed with spicy jerk
chicken, avocado, mango, tomatoes, Danish
Blue cheese, pine nuts, and citrus herb
All entrees served with a house or
caesar salad, fresh seasonal vegetables
and an awesome side item.
All Fish is seasoned and cooked over a wood burning
grill and served with your choice of Lemon Butter Sauce,
Lime Tomato Garlic Sauce, Warm Mango Salsa or Pan
Asian Style.
Atlantic Salmon
Rainbow Trout
Jumbo Shrimp & Scallops
Atlantic Swordfish
Gulf Grouper
Ahi Tuna
Chilean Sea Bass
Lobster Tails Single or twin tail dinners.
We are committed to providing the finest fresh fish
from all over the world. For this reason certain species
may not be available year round.
Pistachio Parmesan Crusted Rainbow
Sautéed and topped with artichokes and a
basil lemon butter.
Grouper Piccata
Sautéed crispy, topped with a lemon caper
butter sauce.
Chicken Portabella Pasta
Fire roasted chicken, portabellas and peppers.
Sautéed with tomatoes, onions, olives, garlic and
capers in a light white wine cream sauce.
Diablo Shrimp Fettucine
Tomatoes, capers, onions, green chiles with
spinach fettucine in a seasoned white wine garlic
cream sauce.
Tenderloin Portabella Piccata
Pork tenderloin, garlic crumb dusted, grilled and
topped with a portabella piccata sauce.
Chicken Marsala
Fire roasted chicken with a prosciutto,
mushroom and marsala wine sauce.
Lily’s Chicken
Fire roasted chicken topped with Chèvre Goat
cheese, wilted spinach, artichokes and a lemon
basil sauce.
Fontina Chops
2 thick boneless pork chops topped with Fontina
cheese and a mushroom garlic wine sauce.
Filet Mignon (USDA Choice)
True 9 ounce “center cut” seasoned & grilled.
Sirloin Steak (USDA Choice)
11 ounce “center cut” seasoned and grilled.

It certainly looks good. Now I'll hope someone else can verify that it tastes good as well

we've got a bonefish 5 minutes away, it's outstanding. they're only open for dinner. it's a FLA chain that's spreading throughout the country. my family isn't composed of seafood eaters, so they have steaks or the fontina chops. they do great local seafood right from the boats down here.

Wow, their menu sounds great! Thanks for the menu info and glad to hear from a "local Floridian" that they're good. They just opened last year here in Seattle and we've heard they're a very popular restaurant.

Didn't go myself but someone at the office did. Said the one in Schaumburg had great fish and even better drinks.

Hopefully they didn't drink too much before they ate but I would say this gets good reviews.

We have eaten at our local Bonefish several times and evrything was excellent. They have options on their menu instead of fish but remember fish is what they do best.
