Need help with Cinderella's Table reservation

Today (3/11) is our 180 day out and I'm trying to make a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table. I checked online at 6 and it said no times available, for all meals on the day we want (Sept 7). I called at 7 and was told that Sept 7 isn't booked, but it isn't in their system yet to book (the latest date they can book right now is Sept 4). They said to just "keep checking".

So I have been checking online and have called 2 more times so far today, and nothing. One time I called they said there was an email this morning from a supervisor talking about this, that all of September is supposed to be in the system, but it's not. And no one seems to know when it will be available to book. They did check our date (Sept 7) and there are currently no reservations made yet for that day, confirming that it just isn't available to reserve yet. One person I spoke with said they expect it should be available "sometime today, or tomorrow morning".

Has anyone encountered this? Any tips on how to deal with it?

You just have to keep checking until they open that date for booking. I do not think there is any other way around it.

Yes had the same problem today as well we are at 180 today too and trying to book for Sept 10th looks like it is not loaded yet either but for some reason Sept 14th is? I have called already 3 times in regards plus sent an email, no one seems to know why exactly some later dates are showing but not these particular ones, its getting frustrating since this is a perk to us and I want to get it set before lots more people can also reserve that date.

I'm not sure about the 180 day thing. But one tip for CRT reservations: You can't choose a time, just "breakfast". The time you want might not be there even though it is available. Take whatever time is there and then call a few minutes afterwards if you want to change it. Give them your confirmation number and they can change the time.
