I am crunching numbers and I can stay one extra night (cheaper) @ BWI standard view than 2 nights CL. Would you stick with 2 nights CL @ BWI or 3 nights @ BWI standard? I am torn... The rest of the week we are at POR.

In a heart beat.... CL does nothing for us.... You have to be at the resort to e joy the offerings but we're in the parks most of the day and then the pool....
For what the cost is to bump up to CL, we do a grocery stop, pickup snacks and sandwich makings, drinks and alcohol and have at it any time we want.... CL is way over priced and hyped... Take the extra day and stay standard, anytime you can extend a stay at Disney is the best, more days more leisure..... Especially over CL!

I am dying to check out club level service so I would forgo the extra day, especially since you will be there for another week.

I would much rather have an extra night. We don't spend enough time at the resort to make CL worthwhile.

One of the reasons we start our split satys at the moderates is so that we can splurge on CL at the deluxes. So for us, we would stick with the 2 night CL plan. Because we've been so many times, The resort experience is more important than park time for us.

We r doing this too this time around. CSR for a week and then 4 nights Poly CL. We could stay 5 days standard, but to experience CL is magical for us.

In a heartbeat. CL doesn't interest us in the least and unless we were upgraded to it, we would NEVER book it...it would be a waste on us.

I would recommend doing the moderate THAN BWI. It is a tough adjustment the other way around! I have stayed BWI CL and YC CL and BC CL. I find it invaluable in the summer months due to heat and shortened time at the parks. But if you are there NOT in the blazing summer I would opt for 3 nights BWI standard. Personally I think CL has declined a little over the years. In 2009 it was outstanding and every year since a little slip. For the first time in 5 years, we are NOT staying CL this summer. YC GV. It just didn't do it for me last year like it use to. Stay more nights!

Depends on where. For GF or AKL or WL, I'd be interested in splurging as we've not experienced them before. For BC or Poly (having done those before), I'd opt for the extra night.
BWI-CL is supposed to be nice, but with the amenities of the Boardwalk, I'd opt for the extra night there.

I'd always opt to stay longer in WDW overall than club level.
