Be Our Guest Dinner Seating
Hello everyone
I was wondering my fiance and I have a 7pm reservation for dinner at BOG and wanted to know 1: which is the best room to eat in 2: do we decide the room when we get there, or do they just seat us in the next available table. Can we request ahead of time? |

I asked about this during my recent visit - if there's a particular room you prefer, you can ask at check-in. Since the West Wing is quite a bit smaller, it may take a bit longer to be seated if you request there. I don't know of a way to request in advance, and it would not change things much even if you did.
If/when I eat there again, I will likely ask for the West Wing, it's smaller, with lots of detail, and feels more intimate. A bit dark and foreboding, though. Probably better for adults. The Ballroom is very pretty, but it's row-after-row of tables. If you're lucky enough to be seated along the main aisle of the Ballroom, you'll get a close-up look at the Beast as he passes through the room - he's ENORMOUS! But there are only a small number of tables along this main aisle. If I go for lunch, I'll probably sit in the Rose Gallery, since I've not even seen it yet, but have heard interesting things. |

You have to request when you get there. Only two of the rooms are open for dinner: the ballroom and the room with the rose (I can't remember what its called, but I think it may be Beast's study).
The ballroom is gorgeous but really large so there are more people, but if you can get a table by the window (you have to request it when you check-in and may have to wait a bit longer) it is totally magical and you feel a little more secluded. If you'd prefer to dine with less people or just like the torn up paintings of the Prince before he turned and the magical rose, I'd request the other room. |

Which is the room with the snowy windows? We have ADRs for June and would love to sit next to them.

Popping the question there in April...is The West Wing really amazing? I was leaning towards the ballroom.

![]() I have a review on my website from lunch which also describes all 3 of the rooms along with photos. We sat in the Rose Gallery at lunch which I preferred because it was bright and cheery although we totally enjoyed walking around afterwards checking out the other rooms. The snow by the back windows of the ballroom is a very cool effect. http://www.disneydiningreviews.com/b...-review-jw.htm |
