Is it better to say more people on an ADR?

Hey everyone, so quick question...my sister recently started working at Disney World as part of the DCP 2 of my friends and I are going to visit her next month. Another friend may meet us down there but she isn't sure yet. I made the ADR for 5 people just in case she comes. If it ends up just being 4 of us, is that a problem? I've read places that it's better to make an ADR for more people just in case but I'm not sure about what the Disney etiquette is so please help!

It is better to include all persons you think may be present, because it is usually much easier to remove a person along the line than it is to add one.

If it's something you had to pay in full in advance for (CRT or a dinner show) you will want to be sure they don't drop out at the last minute so you can get a refund when you remove them.
