Petting Zoo at FT Wilderness - The DIS Discussion Forums

I just received my "itinerary" from Dreams Unlimited and it mentioned a petting zoo at Ft Wilderness.

Can anyone confirm that this is still available and where I might find it?

More or less - not as many animals as there used to be but they still have ponies for pony rides and the stable for the draft horses they use at MK are all located at the Settlement close to Pioneer Hall. I can't recall if they still had any goats when we were there in Oct.

I believe Animal Kingdom has a petting zoo also. You have to take a train at AK to it. Sorry I forgot the name of that area in AK.
