What are the current rules about combining the FLR with an onboard booking? It used to be that you kept the onboard credit but did not get the 10% discount.

I have a dummy date but not sure if I should move it to the FLR or just book another cruise?

Move the dummy date to another cruise and book the cruise with the FLR rate as a new booking. You cannot combine discounts - 10% off nor OBC. The savings will out weight it - those FLR rates are amazing.

If u use a TA, you can still get their OBC.

I don't ever remember keeping the OBC from DCL, although you can always keep the OBC from the TA.

In any event, now you would not get any additional "deal" from Disney--no OBC or 10%. You would get any perks a TA may offer.
