Any good places where we can grab a quick quick burger/chicken nuggets (CS type place) at Hollywood Studios after Fantasmic is over?

It looks like you're going the beginning of Feb and so I would say there isn't anywhere inside DHS to get a bite AFTER Fantasmic as the park closes at the same time Fantasmic starts.

Hollywood Hills Theater INSIDE the Fantasmic! theater does have hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, popcorn and some other snack type things.

Or you could grab something at the stands along Sunset Blvd BEFORE you head in to Fantasmic! and eat while you wait.

Other than that, you should be able to grab a bite at your resort QS when you get back or head over to DTD and get a bite.

Thank you, I didn't know HS closed that early?? (7 pm). Good to know!!

Check to confirm that the park closes at 7:00 on that same night. There are indeed some nights where that is true, but other nights where they run Fantasmic twice, so just make sure you have your times for show and closing lined up. If true, then perhaps take the boat or walk over to the Boardwalk area for some additional dining options. If, however, the park is actually open later than 7:00 on that night, then you might have a chance at just walking into a place right before park closing. We recently strolled into Sci-Fi right around the time the park was supposed to close, but they were happy to seat us (restaurant was still pretty full) and we never felt rushed to get out.

They probably only have 1 Fantasmic showing that night correct? If so, there won't be any place inside DHS after Fantasmic
