Does disney accept 5 stars timeshare exchange?

I don't know that the Disney Cruise Line will accept timeshare credits for a cruise, other than Disney Vacation Club (DVC) points.

We used a Marriott time share for sailing on the wonder. It depends on your week and the value of the time share but for us it took about $1200 off the price of our cruise.

RCI has a cruise section where you can exchange 20,000 or 40,000 RCI points towards a discount on a cruise. It looks like the discount amounts to $200-300 for your typical balcony room. More for a suite, and less for inside and OV. I am still deciding if that is worth it because if I play my cards right, those same points can cover a significant portion of an exchange into DVC property. When you do that, it makes the points much more valuable.
